If you are going on a New Zealand tour you will go to Queenstown at some stage. Queenstown is New Zealand's most important tourist destination and the hub of all tours that take tourists to see the major attractions on the south island. The winery's that surround Queenstown are of world standard and there are tours to visit and sample the local produce and while we are talking about food, why not take a fishing tour on Lake Wakatipu or Lake Wanaka and come home with some fresh trout or Atlantic salmon.
